Delivery Policy

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

At Nimiri, each order is carefully prepared by our small team. We do our best to deliver it to the carrier within an average of 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are generally between 5 and 10 business days for France, Belgium, and neighboring countries. During exceptional periods (sales, launches, holidays, etc.), these times may be extended.

For international deliveries (outside the EU), the average delivery time can vary between 6 and 15 working days , depending on the logistics conditions of the destination country.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with a tracking link. You can click on the tracking number to track your package's progress in real time.

EXCEPTIONAL DEADLINES AND AVAILABILITY

If an ordered item should be unavailable or if an exceptional extension of the delivery time is expected (logistics problem, blocked stock, etc.), we will inform you as soon as possible to offer you a solution: maintaining the order, exchange, or refund within 30 days maximum.

RESPONSIBILITY

Nimiri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs blockades, geopolitical restrictions, etc.).

In the event of non-compliance with the delivery deadline, plus 14 days , you can write to us at the following address to request cancellation of your order: contact@bynimiri.com .

ADDRESS ERROR OR NON-CLAIMER OF THE PACKAGE

If a package is returned to the sender due to an error in the address provided or failure to file a claim within the specified timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping . If the package is returned to us a second time, no new shipment or refund will be made.

DELIVERED COUNTRIES

Nimiri delivers to France, Belgium, the European Union, and a few international countries. Available options are displayed at the time of ordering.

CONTROL ON DELIVERY

All our products are carefully checked before shipping. If you notice a defect or error upon receipt, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product concerned at contact@bynimiri.com .

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and delivery method chosen. Nimiri regularly offers free shipping codes: don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter!

DELIVERY ABROAD – CUSTOMS AND TAXES

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may be applied by the destination country. These fees remain the customer's responsibility. Nimiri cannot be held responsible for any additional costs applied by local customs authorities.

In the following cases:

  • Customer refuses to pay duties/taxes and refuses delivery

  • No delivery attempt is successful at the address indicated

Then, the order will be considered abandoned , and no refund will be given.
