3. Product Information
3.1 Descriptions and Visuals
We strive to present product descriptions and visuals as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight variations may occur (e.g., color shades, finishes, manufacturing details) depending on production batches or screen settings.
- Photographs and illustrations on the site are provided for reference only and are not contractually binding. They do not engage NIMIRI’s liability.
We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of color display on your screen, as this depends on technical settings beyond our control.

The customer is solely responsible for choosing the product ordered and its suitability for their needs.
3.3 Availability and Limitations

- Available quantities may be limited, and the sale of certain items may be restricted to certain persons, regions, or jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to modify descriptions, prices, or sales terms at any time without notice, and to discontinue the sale of a product at any time.
- Any offer of a product or service is null and void where prohibited by law.
3.4 Returns and Exchanges
Product returns or exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy in force at the time of purchase.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 Prices
- Prices displayed on the site are shown in EUR, VAT included (all taxes included).
- NIMIRI reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error or product unavailability, NIMIRI reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.
4.2 Payment
- Payment is secured via approved third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- The order is considered confirmed only after payment is validated by the customer’s bank.
4.3 Cancellation and Modification
Order cancellations are not possible. However, in certain exceptional cases, a store credit may be granted at the brand’s discretion.
- No order changes are possible once transmitted to or processed by our logistics providers (color change, item removal/addition).
- No changes to the recipient’s address are possible (first/last name, address, city, postal code, phone number).
4.4 International Banking Fees
These fees are charged entirely by the customer’s bank and are not collected or received by NIMIRI. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their bank for applicable conditions before placing an order.
5. Shipping
5.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times indicated on the site are for guidance only and may vary depending on:
- The chosen carrier.
- Logistical or customs constraints.
- Events beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, health crises, etc.).
A reasonable delivery delay shall not, under any circumstances, incur NIMIRI’s liability or entitle the customer to a refund or compensation.
5.2 Failed Delivery and Non-Collection
- Reshipment: possible upon request after prior payment of the actual reshipping costs.
- Refund: possible only after physical return of the parcel to our premises, minus the initial shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
Our parcels are handled by carriers making up to three delivery attempts to the address provided when ordering. In case of absence, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking link and/or contact the carrier.
5.3 Loss or Destruction After Non-Collection
6. Returns & Refund Policy
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for exclusions provided by law (see pre-orders and customized products below).
Items on sale or benefiting from a promotion are neither returned nor exchanged.
6.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Be kept in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Show no signs of use or damage.
Returns will be accepted only if all of these conditions are strictly met.
6.3 Return Shipping Costs
6.4 Refund
- Refund to the original payment method within an indicative period of 6 to 10 business days.
- In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
- No refund will be issued if the item does not meet the return conditions (see 6.2).
6.5 Defective Products
After 48h from receipt, the product is deemed compliant.
- After the claim is validated, NIMIRI may offer, at its discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund.
6.6 Pre-Orders and Customized Products
- Products excluded from the right of withdrawal (L221-28).
- Made to order → indicative lead times may be longer.
- Not cancellable, not modifiable, not refundable before shipment (except exceptional cases/proven defect).
By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges these conditions.
6.7 Customer Recommendation
Before ordering, please check the product description, the size guide, and the stated lead times. If in doubt, our customer service is available to help.
7. Liability
7.1 Use of the Site and Products
NIMIRI shall not be liable for indirect, non-material, or foreseeable damages resulting from the use of the site or purchased products.
7.2 Transport and Delivery
- If a parcel is returned to sender, lost, or marked “delivered” by the carrier but was not collected in time, NIMIRI cannot be held responsible.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but this is disputed by the customer, NIMIRI cannot be held responsible unless there is evidence of a clear malfunction of the delivery service.
7.3 Internet Network
NIMIRI shall not be held responsible for any malfunction related to the use of the Internet (service interruptions, viruses, hacking, external intrusions, etc.).
7.4 International Payments
Payments made on www.bynimiri.com are processed via an international platform. Additional conversion/banking fees may be applied by your bank and remain your responsibility.
7.5 Product Sizing and Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the size guide carefully before purchasing. Returns due to sizing errors are accepted for non-discounted items in accordance with our returns policy, and associated costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
