Return Policy
Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that return shipping fees are your responsibility.
How to initiate a return?
- Contact us by email: Send your return request to contact@bynimiri.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return shipping: Once your request is approved, returns must be shipped to the address provided to you by email. Please note that all returns must be shipped back to France. The package must arrive within 14 days following the approval of your request.
- Tracking mandatory: Send us your tracking number (track & trace) by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Customs Duties (International Orders)
When shipping packages to our international customers, we cover all customs duties for delivery. However, in the event of a return, any customs duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Compliance and Return Conditions
The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, unsealed, in its original packaging, and with all original tags fully intact.
We unfortunately cannot accept your return in the following cases:
- The original tag is missing or damaged.
- The product has been altered, personalized, or shows signs of use or odors (perfume, perspiration, etc.).
- Original elements are missing (pouch, accessories, gifts).
- The return arrives beyond the 14 days following the request approval.
- Final Sale: Items bought on final sale or explicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
- The item does not match the initial order.
- The return was made without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once the package is received at our facilities, it undergoes a thorough quality control check which can take up to 10 business days. If the return is approved and compliant, the refund will be processed within 10 business days directly to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
NIMIRI does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or another model, simply follow the return procedure for the initial item (if eligible), and then place a new order on our store.
Damages or Order Errors
If you notice a defect, damage, or an error upon opening your package, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bynimiri.com with clear photos attached. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. After this 48-hour window, the order will be considered fully compliant.
