4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party service providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
An order is only considered validated once payment confirmation is received from the customer's banking institution.

4.3 Cancellation and Modification

Important — Cancellations Once your purchase is validated, no cancellations or modifications can be made to your order.
Order cancellations are not possible. However, in exceptional cases, a store credit (gift card) may be issued at the sole discretion of the brand.

No order modifications are possible once the order has been transmitted to or processed by our fulfillment logistics team (such as changing colors, removing or adding items).
No modifications to the shipping address can be made once validated (including name, street address, city, postal code, or phone number).

4.4 International Banking Fees

Banking Info Because our legal structure is based in the United States, some banks may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees, even if the payment is processed in your local currency.
These fees are billed entirely by the customer's bank and are under no circumstances collected by or paid to NIMIRI.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes indicated on the website are provided as an estimate and may vary due to:

The selected shipping carrier.
Logistical constraints or customs processing.
Events beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, global health crises, etc.).

Orders Containing a Pre-Order Item If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together in a single package as soon as the pre-order item becomes available. No automated split-shipping will be performed. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we highly recommend placing two separate orders.

Reasonable delays in delivery shall under no circumstances engage the liability of NIMIRI, nor entitle the customer to refunds, damages, or compensation.

5.2 Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages

If the package is returned to sender

Reshipping: Available upon request, subject to the prior payment of the actual reshipping fees.
Refunds: Possible only after the physical return and inspection of the package, minus the original shipping fees and any return fees billed by the carrier.

Our shipments are handled by carriers who will make up to three delivery attempts to the address provided at checkout. In case of absence, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking link and/or contact the carrier directly.

5.3 Loss or Destruction Due to Failure to Collect

Unclaimed Packages & Destruction/Loss No refund will be issued if a package is destroyed or lost by the carrier due to a failure to collect it within the required timeframe, provided that delivery attempts and package availability can be proven by the tracking details.

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1 Right of Withdrawal

The customer benefits from a 14-calendar-day window from the date of package receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exclusions (see pre-orders and custom items below).

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

6.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Be kept in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Show no signs of use, scent, or damage.

Returns will only be accepted if all of these conditions are strictly fulfilled.

6.3 Return Shipping Fees

Who pays for returns? Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases where NIMIRI made a packing error or the product is proven to be defective. These costs may be deducted from the final refund.

6.4 Refunds

Refund Processing Time Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item:

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within an estimated timeframe of 6 to 10 business days.
In the event of a partial return, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
No refund will be issued if the item does not strictly comply with the return conditions (see 6.2).

6.5 Defective Products

Once a claim is reviewed and validated, NIMIRI may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

6.6 Pre-Orders and Custom Products

Pre-Orders / Custom Items

These products are strictly excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.

Non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable prior to shipment (except under exceptional circumstances or proven defects).
Grouped Shipment: Any order containing a pre-order item is held and shipped globally once the pre-order item becomes available.

By validating the order, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

6.7 Recommendations to the Customer

Before placing any order, please carefully review the product description, the size guide, and the announced fulfillment windows. If you have any questions, our customer service team is readily available to assist you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 Shipping and Delivery

Carrier Liability Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes sole responsibility for transit and delivery. For pick-up point deliveries, collecting the package remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to sender, lost, or marked as "delivered" but was not collected on time, NIMIRI cannot be held responsible.
In the event of a disputed "delivered" status, NIMIRI is not responsible unless clear evidence of a systemic failure by the delivery service is provided.

7.3 Internet Network

NIMIRI cannot be held liable for any technical disruptions or malfunctions related to the use of the internet network (including service interruptions, viruses, hacking, or external intrusions).

7.4 International Transactions

Payments made on www.bynimiri.com are processed via an international platform. Additional currency conversion or banking fees applied by your financial institution remain entirely your responsibility.

7.5 Sizing and Compliance

It is the customer's responsibility to consult the size guide carefully before making a purchase. Returns for sizing errors are accepted for non-sale/non-discounted items in accordance with our policy, and associated shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
