Burkini Care
How can I preserve the lifespan and vibrancy of my burkini?
Rinse your burkini after use: Always rinse your burkini with fresh water after each use, whether in the sea or in a swimming pool. This immediately removes salt and chlorine that can damage the fibers.
Hand washing: Opt for hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Absolutely avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which prematurely damage the fabric's technical properties.
Air drying: To prevent the fabric from stretching, dry your garment flat, away from direct sunlight (drying in the shade protects the colors). Using a tumble dryer is strongly discouraged.
Avoid rough surfaces: Be mindful of surfaces that can cause pilling (stone pool edges, rocks). Also, avoid leaving your wet clothes rolled up in a bag for several hours after swimming.
Are they chlorine resistant?
Our textiles are rigorously selected for their high chlorine resistance, certified Grade 3-5 according to international standards. This technical performance guarantees excellent colorfastness, but intensive use may slightly lighten the colors if the care instructions are not followed.

Our delivery times depend on the destination country and the carriers chosen.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our "Track My Order" page.
Returns
I would like to make a return, how do I do this?
To make a return, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us. To do this, contact customer service by email at contact@bynimiri.com or via the contact form.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, you have 7 days to return the item to us in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact us via the contact form, providing your order number, name, and postal code.
Due to inventory management reasons, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can always place a new order once your return has been processed.
Once your order is received, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
