By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these General Conditions of Sale .

1. Intellectual property

3. Product Information

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Some products or services may only be available online through the website. Quantities of these products or services may be limited and their return or exchange is strictly subject to our Return Policy.

4. Price and payment

- The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros including all taxes and may be modified at any time without notice.

- In the event of an obvious pricing error or unavailability of a product, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.

- Payment is secured via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and the order is only validated after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

6. Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Items on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return conditions:

- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached

- Returns will only be accepted if all these conditions are strictly respected.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product, and will be deducted from the refund. of the order.

Refund :
After receipt and inspection of the returned package, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 6 to 10 business days.

Defective product:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@bynimiri.com , attaching photos of the defect found.
If your request is validated, a refund, exchange or credit may be offered. Any claim regarding a damaged item must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the package. After this period, NIMIRI cannot be held responsible for any damage noted, as this is considered to have occurred after delivery.

Pre-orders:
Some products offered on the NIMIRI website may be available for pre-order.
These items are made to order and undergo a personalized preparation process upon payment validation, which may result in a longer delivery time.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

By validating his order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:

- Pre-orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

- No cancellation, modification or refund request will be accepted before the package is shipped, except in exceptional cases or in the case of a defective product.

- Delivery times for pre-orders are given as an indication and may vary depending on production or logistical constraints.

We therefore recommend that each customer reads the product description carefully and contacts us in case of doubt before ordering.

7. Liability

NIMIRI cannot be held responsible for indirect, immaterial or foreseeable damages resulting from the use of the site or the products purchased.

In the event of a package indicated as having been delivered on the package tracking link, but the customer indicates not having received it, NIMIRI is not held responsible.

If you notice a defect, damage, or error in your order, please contact us immediately at contact@bynimiri.com with supporting photos. We are committed to resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

  • These T&Cs are subject to French law.

  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

  • In the absence of an agreement, the competent court will be that of the consumer's place of residence.
