Returns & Refunds Policy


At Nimiri, we understand that buying clothing online can sometimes require a little adjustment. That's why we accept returns within 14 days. from receipt of your order.
** Items on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. ***



How is customer feedback handled?
  1. Contact us by email:

    Send your return request to the following address: contact@bynimiri.com or via the contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.




  2. Prepare your package:

    Make sure the product is in its original condition, unwashed, without traces or odors, with its original packaging and original elements (bag, accessories, gifts, labels).

    For hygiene reasons, we ask you to try on your swimsuit over your underwear.

    Pack it carefully in its original packaging.

    Returns that are damaged or do not comply with the conditions listed above will be refused and the item will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed as unsaleable.



  3. Return shipping:

    The label will be communicated to you in the instructions received by email.

    The return label is valid for 7 days.
    The package must therefore be delivered within this time period.

    After these 7 days, the label will automatically expire and the return can no longer be processed.

    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you paid the delivery costs:
    8€ (return costs + processing fees)

    If delivery costs were offered:
    15€ (return costs + initial delivery costs + processing costs)


    They will be deducted when the order is refunded.*

    *except in the event of an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product).





Refund

Once the product is received, it goes through a quality control check which can take up to 5 working days.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued within 6 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

In case of delay, please wait up to 15 working days after receipt of the product before contacting us again at: contact@bynimiri.com




Damages, order errors

If you notice a defect, damage, or error in your order, please contact us immediately at contact@bynimiri.com with supporting photos. We are committed to resolving the problem as quickly as possible.



Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
