Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to initiate a return

Any return sent without prior authorization will be refused.
  • Contact us by email: Send your return request to contact@bynimiri.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Return shipping: Returns must be sent to the address provided by email once your request is approved. Return shipping costs to France are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made a mistake (wrong or damaged product).
  • International orders: For international orders, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to France. You also have up to 14 days from delivery to initiate the return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check which may take up to 10 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bynimiri.com and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. After 48 hours, the order will be considered accepted as received.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene seal intact (if applicable), and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The original tag is missing or damaged.
  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or has any scent (perfume, deodorant, etc.).
  • Any accessories, gifts, or original packaging are missing.
  • The return is made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The item was purchased as a final sale or with a promotional discount.
  • The item does not match the order details.
  • The return was made without contacting us first.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or model, please return the initial item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Right of withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European consumer regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order without justification. However, this right does not apply to hygiene-related items (such as swimwear) once the protective seal has been removed.
