How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Your order will be processed within 2 working days in our workshops.

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times depend on the destination country and the carriers chosen.

France, Belgium: 5 to 10 working days

US, UK: 5 to 12 business days

*We always do our best to meet these delivery times, but during peak periods (such as sales) delivery times may sometimes be extended*

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our "Track My Order" page.

Returns

I would like to make a return, how do I do this?

To make a return, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us. To do this, contact customer service by email at contact@bynimiri.com or via the contact form.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you have 7 days to return the item to us in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply contact us via the contact form, providing your order number, name, and postal code.

Due to inventory management reasons, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can always place a new order once your return has been processed.

Once your order is received, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
